A Marvel Rivals update can require a new build. Check the product status instead of loading an old file.

I did not get a delivery email

Check spam for the checkout email, then write support with the order time and the address you paid with.

The loader will not open

Confirm Windows 10 or 11, close other overlays, and follow the setup article. If a patch just shipped, wait for the status note.

A feature I expected is missing

Compare the menu with the feature pages. If a control is not listed on this site, it is not part of the product.
