Supported behavior
Per-Hero Skin Selection chooses a skin for that hero. Auto-Save & Load Per Hero stores and restores that choice. Live Skin Apply applies it when the option is on.
New Skins on Release adds skins when the build includes them.
Ownership
This does not mean a paid skin is unlocked, owned, or granted on the account. It is not an official Marvel entitlement.
The cosmetic assets belong to their owners. This site does not claim otherwise.
Where the save lives
The save is local, in the same sense as other config profiles. There is no cloud sync.
Read /features/skin-changer and /features/config together if you keep hero settings and skins in one profile.
